Once again Chapman VW service department continues to excel! Took our Tiguan for its 36,000 mile service. Caitlin Hann was again a total pleasure to work with. Very helpful in discussing our future required maintenance, plus getting a new steering wheel installed. We will always return to Chapman VW for our service needs.

We have been having our GTI ( not for sale, don’t ask any more please) serviced here since we move to AZ. Larry has been our service writer most of the time. He always seems to be able to squeeze our car in whenever it has an issue. Not many I might add. Scott was our first contact and is always polite to me. Mikala has been great too, at getting us in, in times of need. I wouldn’t consider taking our car for service anywhere else unless we are out of state. Thank you very much Larry and Chapman VW.
Scott Macneil was very helpful. I appreciated his advice about the need for replacing the cabin air filter and sway bar links. Also I appreciate that he asked if I would like the car to be washed. He was great at his job.
I was having trouble with my 2021 VW Tiguan (cracked oil pan, check engine light was on) for a few months when my car was towed to Chapman. When I received a phone call from Service Advisor Caitlyn, even before my vehicle arrived at their shop, I knew she was the right person to get the job done. To make a long story short, Caitlyn never gave up until it was found what was wrong with my car, even after I took it back to the shop several times. She always kept her professionalism and positive attitude when dealing with my visits and constant phone texts. My vehicle is back on the road with no issues whatsoever. Thank you so much Caitlyn! You are the BEST!

I recognize Chapman VW Auto Service for the excellent service they rendered. Although no major repairs on my '17 VW Golf Alltrack SW were required this time, the minor maintenance and safety check requested were completed with minimum inconvenience to myself. I am a return and shall remain a return customer.

We have a 2014 Passat TDI. The service department has never wavered or tried to include unnecessary charges. They always greet with a smile and find Ubers when needed. Chapman VW Tucson is a grade A Business.

Needed a quick look at our 2022 Tiguan this week to get ready for a trip. Able to get a fast appointment fast from Caitlyn. Makayla was our Service rep for the appointment and she provided great service as our car was ready to go in under a hour.
Service Department was great. Dealt with Richard who was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, kind and courteous at all times. Kept us informed throughout the process with the status of our vehicle. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Definitely will make Chapman VW the place to go to for servicing both of our VWs.

This was my first experience at Chapman VW. Thanks to Mikayla as Advisor and the efficient operation, Chapman VW will be my go to location for all future maintenance on my GTI.
A software recall requires a visit to Chapman. Making the appointment was easy. I arrived on time and took an Uber home because the repair was projected to take 2 hours. It took a little longer, and another Uber ride took me to the garage. All in all, it was a painless event. Chapman provided both transportations.

Scott MacNeil made it work- arrived for an emergency situation- one never drives with an engine/exhaust light- sudden stopping and death or carbon monoxide- not nice choices- but he managed to get my car in, identified the problem, and a few hours later my 10th VW Jetta was safe and functional. Would have been sad to not make 300,00 miles on #10, or to have had serious injury/accident, a special thank you to Scott
Chapman’s maintenance service is quite good and the customer service is great. Really appreciated the Uber transportation to and from Bread and Butter restaurant.

I called on Monday at about 4 concerned because my car was not starting properly. The girl spoke with gave me zero service but our first available appointment is NEXT WEDNESDAY. I looked for my VW card and called Scott, he called me back Tuesday and said, “bring it in” and on Wednesday my battery was replaced! Larry will always ensure that we get the best service possible. I called and ask to drop off out vehicle without an appointment, we live out of town. We dropped off the vehicle and he got it worked on. Repair and was excellent. I will always refer to Larry for all maintenance on our vehicle.

We both agree that the service we receive from Chapman, and especially from Caitlyn Hann, ranks at the very top of all service departments and service representatives we have had in all the years in owning multiple brands of vehicles. Caitlin continues to amaze me everytime I bring our VW in for service with her knowledge and customer care. She is 'THE BEST"! She goes out of her way to make sure we get the finest service possible. It is always great to take our VW in knowing there won't be any surprises at the end.

My car had a weird noise and I was told it could be up to a week to get it seen because of a shortage of techs, which was totally fine, but Caitlyn called me the day I dropped it off to tell me they figured it out. I picked up my car the next day. From start to finish I had such a pleasant experience. Give her a raise.

She was kind, attentive, perceptive and very kind in giving me professional courtesy culminating in a very pleasing resolution of my flat tire! She arranged for transport to and from my place of employment and back to pick up my car after the job wA completed! And then she offered to have it washed fir me!
