i do not agree with the 10l miles intervals for oil change for the first 2 comped services talking about customer service is different because Caitlyn made everything really nice and smooth

i take my vehicle to Chapman always. So far it has been once a year at which time they change my oil and oil filter. They also do a check to see what needs attention. Many times like today, some small things that I already know about need to be fixed such as windshield wiper blades and the cabin air filter and they will bring it to my attention. So they are thorough. They wash the car when they are done if I choose it. They are courteous and friendly. You have to part with some cash, but it is better than have trouble on the road.
Paul Fernandez was awesome to work with. He was patient with all my questions and gave me a really good deal. Still waiting for my car but can't wait to start driving it. Roger

Paul Fernandez was great. Very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained everything clearly and was super personal. We met with him twice before we decided on buying the car. Took the 2022 VW Tiguan in on July 24th for quick check over before we take a trip in a few weeks. Coordinated with the best service consultant, Caitlyn Hann, for an early morning appointment. Brought the car in at 8:15 AM and I was on my way back home at 9:00 AM. All items on the car checked good so we have some comfort driving on the trip. Once again Chapman VW and Caitlyn exceeded all my expectations for fantastic service.

I didn’t buy my car here. I live in Tucson and this dealership has maintained and serviced my 2019 golf multiple times. This is the first time I brought it to them without an appointment. They gave me a ride home. The service was covered by warranty. I have been impressed with the service department every time I go there. Scott seems sincere about helping. I was worried initially that they wouldn’t honor the warranty or the service contract I purchased since it was in another city. But there have been no issues. In fact, I will likely purchase my next VW from them based purely on the service department.

My car got taken back and worked on and I was out of the waiting room within 2 hours, which is faster than any time in the past.
I've been a regular user of Chapman VW Service Department since 2007. I've found the service to be outstanding. I've never let anyone else touch my VWs. The staff have always gone the extra mile, and are friendly and helpful without going overboard. Between the two VWs, I've put almost 300,000 miles on the cars and Chapman keeps them in great shape.

I have always used Al Fleming - bought my first car from him and several after that - since his retirement I thought I would never find a salesperson that could even come close - But Shawn delivered. I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from him

For the most part, the service went as well as could be expected. I know there were some unforseen circumstances, but it still took a long, long time. My service person could have been a little more forthcoming with information. It took a minute to get us both on the same page as far as text messages. Additionally, my loner car, while appreciated, was not very clean. the windshield had a bad film on it, causing glare with oncoming lights. The cruise control never worked. Because I had it for nearly 3 weeks, I had to put $50 worth of gas in. I did not get receipts, and I paid cash, as I assumed I'd have my electric ID.4 back in short order. Perhaps if you figured out my mileage, you could calculate my expenditure and offer me a gas refund.
It was an emergency visit to Chapmans -rear tire leaking profusely. Had a brad or a piece of metal in the tire. Catilin immediately took me in; and assured me they could take care of the problem before my next appointment that day. As always, she came through and with the tire problem resolve, I left happy and with plenty of timet o make my appointment. Kudos to her and the service team at Chapmans on 22nd street. Always the best and the kindest team around! Thank you!

2001 VW New Beetle with an ECM issue. Scott MacNeil did a tremendous job getting the ECM replaced and all the keys re-programmed. I couldn't ask for better service. I was hesitant about returning this repair to the dealer, but Scott helped out and ensured a smooth work flow. Car returned to service quickly! Couldn't ask for more...

We recently needed to replace our front windshield because of rocks thrown at it. However, it took over 5 months for the glass company to get a replacement. We needed to take the car back to the VW dealer to have the cameras/sensors recalibrated. Caitlyn Hann, our service consultant, was great as always helping us with this requirement. While the first time to be calibrated was meant with failure because of a camera, the second time was successful. Caitlyn worked with the glass replacement company to ensure the car would pass the second time.
